Pricing:
Cantec Limited price quotes are good for up to 30 days from the original quote date. Cantec Limited price lists are subject to change without notice. All quotes and pricing are subject to change if any specifications are different than originally stated.

Payment:
Cantec Limited accepts payment via Discover, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Full payment is due before Cantec Limited begins production of any Customer project. Any balance that may have accrued during the processing of said project must be paid in full by Customer prior to transfer of goods. Cantec Limited reserves the right to automatically charge the Customer´s credit card for any balance due. The Customer agrees to pay any and all costs, fees, charges, or expenses (including without limitation all reasonable legal fees and litigation/arbitration fees and costs) incurred in recovering any amounts owed to Cantec Limited by Customer.

Right to Refuse Service:
Cantec Limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any project.

Warranty:
All manufactured and printed media products are guaranteed by Cantec Limited against defect in quality and workmanship within industry standards. This guarantee is limited to the price or replacement of actual defective product and is valid only upon the satisfaction of the following conditions: (1) written notice of such defect is received at Cantec Limited within 30 days after product ships to Customer, (2) Cantec Limited is able to verify said defect. Cantec Limited is not responsible for indirect costs incurred due to defects.

Production Time:
Production time is the number of full business days is takes to complete a project once payment is received and processed. Business days include Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Cantec Limited´s representations of production time to complete a project is an estimate only. Projects may be delivered early or later than Customer expectations. Allow two business days for project completion, however times may vary depending on complexity of project and placement order. Cantec Limited is not responsible for delays in delivery due to shipping.
Projects may be delivered early or later than Customer expectations. Such projects do not impact the amount Customer must pay for the project.
Allow one full business day (24 hours) prepress time for one single Artwork. Cantec Limited website is for lay-out only and our designers will re-layout your designs that was made in the site and send you the proofing for approval. Cantec Limited is not responsible for delays in delivery due to shipping, proof approval or alterations made by Customer. Your project will be delayed or additional rush fees required to keep an project on schedule if you fail to provide Cantec Limited with all necessary materials (including your master, print ready graphics, payment, signed Intellectual Property Rights Form, timely and accurate shipping information).

Backups & Insurance:
Cantec Limited is not responsible for returning art, media, or other content to the Customer upon completion of a project. It is understood that the Customer has a backup copy or originals of all content provided to Cantec Limited by Customer or its representatives. Cantec Limited treats all materials received with care, however, Cantec Limited denies liability for damage or loss while Customer materials are in the possession of Cantec Limited. Customer materials located at Cantec Limited are not insured.

Tax & Shipping:
Cantec Limited prices do not include tax and shipping. Upon checkout, tax, when appropriate as required by law, and shipping will be reflected. All shipping is FOB Quarry Bay, Hong Kong unless otherwise indicated. Cantec Limited is not responsible for loss or damage to product once it has left Cantec Limited premises.

Art & Proofing:
If the Customer is supplying Cantec Limited with print ready digital art files, Cantec Limited will output digital PDF proofs for Customer. If requested, proof will require Customer’s approval before beginning production. Customer is responsible for proofs and must notify Cantec Limited in writing of approval, requested changes, or questions before production begins. Cantec Limited is in no way responsible for spelling or layout errors from Customer or its representatives. Note: Digital PDF proofs are not an accurate representation of true color and clarity. Digital hard proofs (color match proof), press sheet samples for printed paper parts, and sample printed check banners are available, for additional charges, upon Customer request.
